unable to play live games on chess.com even after having good internet?

please guide:

1) we are facing problems in playing LIVE GAMES on chess.com.

many times we get a message " connection interrupted, reconnecting..... "

but the fact is , we are having very good hi-speed internet connection.

2) request to chess.com team, to kindly see to this problem.

but all steps mentioned in the article sent by you, has been followed, then too facing frequent messages from chess.com in LIVE GAMES

everything works fine on internet, even chess.com website works properly on internet, but ONLY LIVE GAMES, SHOWS CONNECTION INTERRUPTED, RECONECTING... 

a request to chess.com team to solve this problem.

If you want the support team to take a look you really need to file a "ticket". Obviously no guarantees but sometimes if they know your OS and browser and so forth they can figure out what's going on.  My computer knowledge is minimal but I've figured out from reading other posts that a browser based site like chess.com is very sensitive.  And then of course any month now the all new version of chess.com will become available and we'll have a new set of challenges...
