Hi. I was wondering if it's possible to unlock a closed account. I intentionally deactivated my account and I would like to activate it again. Thanks in advance!

Obviously a new account -- try submitting a support request via the "Help & Support" link at the bottom of each page.

Hi, how can i unlock my account ... i can use it on my laptop but not on the app on my phone ???

If you can login on your laptop, the account isn't locked or closed.

 

If your app is too old it might not be supported any more. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling.
