what if I have fide rating?

will I be given dimond membership on this site.... I read it somewhere a few hours ago but now I cant find link to that page.

If you are a Grandmaster, International Master, FIDE master, or even FIDE candidate master, yes, you would get a free membership.

But with a 1325 standard rating, It doesn't look good for you.

how I can get CM before my name..?

You must be at least 2100 FIDE if I'm not wrong. But the title doesn't exist in every country; for example in Spain the lowest master category is FM.

Anyway, getting a title seems to be by itself a more desiderable achievement than a diamond membership. Perhaps you should reconsider your priorities.

To be a Candidate Master, you need to have a rating of at least 2200. You can also get the National Master Title by your country's federation.
