It's not fair to the other guy to sit around 4-5 minutes just because your internet blows. At any rate they can't tell if you disconnect cause you're a tosser or not, so some people get whacked for having bad lines.

Chess.com your 'Abandoned Game' policies need revision.
My internet connections blows and being disconnected for 4-5 minutes in a 15 MINUTE game, should not = an abandoned game.
Samething the other day when i was playing a rapid 2 minute tournament.. let the damn clock run out if it's two minutes, don't 'Abandon game' when I still have 54 seconds... ridiculous.
