I tried to play Live chess on 12/10/11. First off i new something was fishy because instead of listing my name in the box with the win/loss points it had my name as "unidentified player". Then when i tried to make a move to start the game the piece goes back to its original square. after re-moving the piece about five times it finally moves the piece to square that i wanted. The problem i'm having besides the issue with piece returning to the square is that i've lost about 5 to 10 seconds or more of playing time before the piece eventually moves. This issue has caused me to lose games beause of time. I've reported this issue to chess.com and i'm waiting for a response from them. Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this issue and if so what did you do to correct it.
