no boost rating

my standard rating is 1600 +  and i did not recieve ani jump up why? thx

You already asked this question and received several suggestions.

1) The announcement was that active standard players would get a boost and you were not active. (You only played 2 standard games since June.)

2) You should write an email to support.

I fear you will get many off topic responses... but you asked for it.

It's a software bug.  Contact staff for your points unless you'd like the challenge of beating up your newly over rated peers.
