Sound not working

Does anyone know how to get the sound in live chess to work? I have that option checked and the sound on my laptop is on full but i hear nothing. Is there another setting i need to have on or is it a glitch or something. Does anyone know how to fix this???

I often hear my own sound, but not the sound of my opponent moving. Then i reload the playing site again and it works.

Thanks for the info but my sound has never worked. I only found out that there was supposed to be sound when i went into settings lol. I have tried turning it on and off many times and i have tried reloaing the page aswell but nothing works. Think i have found yet another bug on chess.com.

Who wants that klunk-klunk sound on? I turn off the sound when on chess.com.

I prefer the sound on when i play. Dunno why really lol.

I have the same problem, I'm in the middle of a game, sound goes off. Problem is I also have 4 1/2 hours of a Minnesota Fats vs Willie Mosconi shootout I want to watch, that dialogue should be hilarious, but still no sound.

Think we ay have a different problem mate. The sound on my computer works fine its just the sound effects on chess.com that arnt working. It sounds like the sound on your computer has completely gone. You should try checking the sound settings on your computer and then maybe google your problem. Wish i could be more help but i dont know much about computers.
