i also have same issue, most of the time my time jumps to low

It is gratifying to see that I'm not the only one with time problems. I've given up playing now as every time (virtually) I'm being cheated out of time in 3minute games. I am amazed that chess.com seem unable to fix this problem.

why time is increasing at end time of my opponent's where as my time is not increasing at end, what is this? 10min game!?

I have always lost a lot of games on time and thought this was down to me but noticed clocks jumping so reported it to chess.com and having had no reply I decided to investigate.

I recorded a game and it lasted 7m 24s, the combined remaining time on our clocks was 3m 3s i.e. a total time of 10m 27s for a 5/0 game this discrepancy was likely to get longer if the game had gone on. I then timed the moves from the footage taken for each player and I had actually lost 23s in time on the game clock vs actual time from game footage. Conversely my opponent gained time. I have a reported 'excellent connection, very low lag' in the network section. Seems some days this issue is worse than others so suspect it is something to do with traffic at chess.com end - what's the plan chess.com, I play the quicker games to try and avoid the cheats but giving time odds in the shorter games is not good.

Lag.com strikes once more this moment, it’s getting worse by the day, and still no decent reaction.

The fastest connection wins...tried and tested.

Chess is all about a good internet connection, isn’t it.
