Why this happens?

Whether due to such situations more chess.com users playing live chess on some other sites rather than here?

I would appreciate some feedbacks about this issue.

According to the game log you had 0.9 seconds left after Bf6 (which can be seen in v3 of the site).

So, you apparently took more time than that making the move.

The following explains how the clocks can be different.

I can't say why the premove did not register.

I don't have time to verify your math there but that final time makes sense. Black made the last move and the system didn't see a move  for 1.1 seconds, and you lost.  It looks like the code may have even provided an additional 0.1 seconds before it claimed the win, probably to allow for the receipt of your move to see if lag compensation would leave you with any time.

I did the math and I'll double check it but with the 1.1 at the end, I show you used

76.5 seconds edit, some number got cut in the transcribing ..... fixing now.

So, 50 now

(you can copy an paste the numbers into google with a "+" added to all but the last, and an "=" added to the last and it will add them for you)

The site may eat your time, but obviously the site's logs wont show it

You'd need to record your game from your screen to catch something like that.

I can guarantee you the game lasted longer in real time than what the logs will show. Whether you or your opponent had more time added it's impossible to say for sure unless they record their screen too.

There is certainly something wrong with the ... site?

So, my math is bad, huh? Thanks on the correction.

I had some transcription errors, 011's post had the correct #s and I verified that. So, it was 60 exactly, with the final 1.1. It is really easy to miss numbers.
