Capitalize on Mistakes

This is a recent game I had.  A couple of pawn moves by black resulted in a very bad position with no escape.

Bxg6 seems to work as well, f5 probably isn't the best move: White still crushes. Maybe Qc5 to play Qe7, or at least help in the defense?
