Go! Go! Go!

Well, you'd better created a sequence of moves instead of the puzzle, because in your puzzle, both players players play inaccurate moves and even blunders.
It is really hard for anyone to guess the right move.
In your puzzle black wins, but instead white has a mate in one after hxg5.
But after 2. ...Kh5?? White has the brilliant refutation 3. Kxh5!! followed by 4.Kc6+'!, after which Black will be mated within 49 moves.
(I may have used some rather obscure notation there, so to explain further: the symbol +' is pronounced "check-prime" and refers to placing your own king in check, which is often used to create stunning combinations which mate the enemy bishop.)

is it not against chess.com TOS to play here if youre only 10?
I doubt it, because chess.com has no way of telling with any accuracy anyway.
EDIT: It does have some restrictions though.
