1. Ng5 solves first puzzle inmediately
Queen intervenes of course. My mistake and thanks for posting.
After 1...Nd6, 2.Qe6+, follows to mate.

For the 1st puzzle, andressimancasmateus's 1Ng5 also works. Looks like a mate in 3, cooking the puzzle.
