You can't stop someone from making new accounts. You just can't. This is why I need YOUR help (by "your" I mean you, the reader) to stop this person. It's out of control!
By the way, you still haven't unblocked me yet. Can you please put everything behind us and unblock me?

is it poss to prove by the multi using a same isp address , granted accounts can be created via other isp but i bet a few are too lazy to do that and will be spotted by this method

Two, Hikaru Nakamura has such high ratings, why don't you go accuse him of cheating? There's only one reason why you shouldn't: HE'S NOT A CHEATER. Seriously, why pick on someone who's worse than a GM when the GMs could be cheating themselves? The reason is: they aren't. Three, I'm defending people because THEY OBVIOUSLY AREN'T CHEATING. Sorry about all those comments, I was talking to Abel's deceased accounts. Anyway, here are a few things to look out for if some accuses someone of cheating again. One, if the date the account was created matches the current date, it's probably him. Two, just to be sure, CHECK THE GRAMMAR. If it sucks, it's probably the same guy. Three, he tends to accuse the same people over and over again. If he also happens to accuse Spawn or Heisenberg59, IT'S DEFINITELY HIM!

There's nothing I love more than catching a blatantly guilty cheater on chess.com. I do my best to make this site a better place. I really do.
However, there is one person, ONE goddamn person, who wants to manipulate me into doing otherwise. It all started one day, one normal day, and I came across a forum. It was posted by a guy named PetarKell, who happened to have a really high bullet rating, about 2100, but a seriously low blitz rating: about 350. In case you're wondering, this PetarKell was asking "How can I be bether than GM if I cant play with tham?" (Yes, this guy also had VERY poor English skills.) So, this one guy called Arsenal_77, A.K.A. the debut of Abel Saju, accused PetarKell of cheating. Everyone got involved, and we eventually did prove PetarKell was in fact a cheater. Arsenal_77 then closed his account.
Later, I posted in a forum by a guy called GargantuanGoober. I didn't like the way the dude talked, but he was OK with me. He was certainly better than PetarKell. Then, about a month later, I got a truckload of notes on my page saying things like "Hey, GargantuanGoober is cheating!" However, something was strange about this. The notes came from different accounts, but all of the said accounts were closed. I posted a forum about it on the Cheating Forum club, but no one had legitimate answers. One person even accused Bocamustang, who, by the way, was caught before the note was posted, on a note on my page. This person never had their account closed.
Nevertheless, I pursued GargantuanGoober. It was probably the biggest mistake of my life. Turns out, GargantuanGoober was actually innocent, but he defended himself using insults. Yup, his only weapon was his plain old potty mouth. Now, though, deep in my heart, I know he wasn't a cheater. As you can expect, this ruined both of our reputations. GargantuanGoober even closed his account due to the shame.
Heisenberg59 was also accused of cheating by the infamous troll with a thousand accounts. Luckily, he was spared, as no one ever reported him. (Or perhaps someone did, but staff didn't think he was guilty.)
Either way, this guy is getting out of hand. I tried reporting him, but staff could do nothing to restrain this beast. There is only one way to stop this man, and it's to spread the word, and defend the innocent people he accuses. Do everything in your power to thwart this evil person; there is nothing you can do to stop him altogether; the best way to overcome him is to just not submit to his "power", which won't mean anything at all if you decide to take my hand and join me on my quest to defeat Abel Saju!
