chess.com charges my card even after cancellation

I've canceled my premium membership twice already in the past year, but I just noticed on my credit card statement that chess.com is still charging my card, and my premium membership is still active. How can I get this to stop? There's no customer service phone number to call. I haven't used this site in many months.

To cancel your premium membership roll your cursor up to Home in the upper right and click on Account.  You should see something like this in the yellow box and click again.

You have a Diamond Membership, scheduled to renew on December 30, 2015. Thank you for supporting Chess.com! To cancel your Premium Membership, click here.

thanks for your reply. I did that. I got a confirmation of cancellation. But still getting billed. Just for fun, I tried to cancel again today. Got another confirmation of cancellation, but I see that I'm still a premium member. I've contacted support through the site before, but get no response. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to stop these charges, then file a BBB complaint.

Wow, that really sucks.  I knew the programming part of the support team was in permanent crisis mode because of V3, but I didn't realize the whole billing process was also in chaos.  

I cancelled Diamond premium acct right after the auto renewal,  but they did not return my fee.  I contacted them and they said, "Oh, your premium account was stopped, but you have to contact us to get a refund."

So I asked them to refund it.  And asked them again.  And asked them again.

Still waiting.  I will now contact Visa to handle it.

Did you open a ticket or just post the request in the forum or email about a different issue?
