Embed a video?

I notice that many people embed a youtube video on their posts.  How do you do this?  I can't figure it out.  Thanks in advance, JM

-Click on "share", below the video, then on "embed". 

-Copy the code, then paste it on the forum thread

-Click "submit". Click on "edit", click "submit" again

-Press f5

It won't work with Internet Explorer (at least last time I tried it wouldn't). Works with Firefox and Chrome.
