Unwanted premium membership

While on chess.com today i notice i automatically switched to a premium member with out me doing anything? anyone else have problems with this?  I will not pay for this if I am charge.  tech support page isn't there. can't directly message chess.com until they accept my friend request.  Hope they get around to it fast enough.  anyone have any advice?

all the pages and links to where i need to go are somehow not working or mistiouly missing, feeling scammed, not very please with Chess.com

I guess it could be a free trial, it is schedualed to end in a few days

they will not accept a message until i am friends with them

     Then there's something wrong with your computer. Try using the E-mail of;   chess@chess.com
