help - browser freezes while playing-

I assume that I am only having this trouble because if others did then chess.com would do something about it - I know a little bit about computers but I haven't got a clue what to do - while playing onlne chess on chess .com my browser freezes each and every time I play - my browser never freezes on other sites - I use google chrome - is it the browser? or my computer ? - what is the best browser to use for chess.com ? - - and how would I know if it is my computer ? please and thank you
