It would be cool that the "notes" tab gets focus when we enter a game where we have notes!

yeah I sometimes write some important notes on a game and in the next day I come and do exactly the opposite :S
This way we can focus in the trouble games!!

Big ditto to the OP...
When you're playing a lot of games over a period of days and switching contexts, it is useful to have notes, to highlight warnings, at least, if not strategies.
But many games don't need them, so then one has to try to develop the habit of always clicking notes tab to make them visible each game switch, and it becomes a big hassle real fast.
