Tourney calculations off?

Look at this tournament.

First, the percentages don't add up. Second, I went through the players and there are 15 still in it. But this is not what the tourney homepage says. What gives?

The TD has deleted his account

Also notice the weird status for pairing #1.  There is only one player in that pairing, with zero points (no games to play) and not advancing.  Seems weird that an unpaired player would not show as advancing to the next round.

Yes ... could it be when the TD deleted his account he withdrew himself from that pairing??

Yes but if he is no longer on the site (ie. account deleted) then how can he advance??
