In our team matches, we have a player (prom3th3us), whose account is closed. Can i remove prom3th3us from our rosters in the matches against Team Slovakia and Team of the Czech Republic?

Sounds logical to me...not to do so it would be stupid...

Yes, there're no restricts in the EL-games against removing players from the games. However, it's not good sportmanship remove "too many" players, neither against your teammates nor against your opponents. There're different opinions upon this, but as I mentioned: there're no restrictions stated against removing players from the games in the EL-games.

And, in your very case, it seem most reasonable to remove this guy since his account has been closed.

I created challange EL2010 R2: Team Belarus vs Team MonteNegro on begin of April.

But there is not any answer yet from Team MonteNegro.

We have the same problem with Team Belarus.

I have challenged Team France 2 or 3 days ago. But still no answer.

Your complaint is notified. If they haven't accepted it before 30th of April, will they loose this game on forfeit. Team MonteNegro haven't accepted nor sent any challenge yet in this tournament, and if we cannot get in touch with them, then must we let them stand besides.

Also notified. They must accept your challenge at once so that the games can start be the latest on 30th of April. If they don't do that, will they loose the games due to forfeit.

Reminder: Team France didn't accepted the challenge from Team Turkey...

Same situation with Team Montenegro

Team MonteNegro neither accepted this challenge from Team Luxembourg in Round2: http://www.chess.com/groups/view_team_match_challenge.html?id=48122

It's two weeks since I issued the challenge to Team MonteNegro on behalf of Team Norway (despite it being their responsibility to challenge). The deadline for getting the match started is now less than a week away. Please advise if I'm supposed to do anything.

Notified. You don't need to do anything further right now.  I will follow up this when it's time to update the current results and standings next time, prel. coming weekend.

I have challenged Team Iceland and Team Faeroe Islands on behalf of Team Norway, and now with less than a week to go, either have yet to accept.

We're now at 4th of October, should I withdraw the two challenges?

Yes, you can do so. I've notified your complaint and it will be counted into the results.

As of 3rd November Team Czech Republic did not lock their roster yet...

Tornaments are dragging on way too long, by sore loosers. Think there  should be a time limit for tournaments that is a little harder.
