CSC 2013 - Round 1 - Chess Forums

Finally round 1 is starting for CSC 2013. I was thinking to do everything related to CSC 2013 round 1 in this forum meaning that all game links and report of results should be done in this forum. My hope is that this will make it easier for all of us to not split it into more forums than necessary. Note that two groups will contain 4 teams with 1 game/opponent when still only 2 teams advance. The team to the left at the games is supposed to be white and white is responsible to send the challanges (although you may also send challanges with black if you want)

Teams may now start to send the challanges and start the games. White in each game is responsible to send the challanges and black must accept. The team to the left will play white. Deadline to send challanges is 24th January and deadline to accept is 7th February. Once the game has started post the game links in this forum

General Settings for matches:

Game name: "CSC 2013 (ROUND) Game (#)" Example: "CSC 2013 Semi-Final Game 2"
Game type: Standard
Starting Position: Standard
My Group Plays As: (Will be stated)
Time per move: Two days per move
Please be sure to put the corrosponding game number in each match name so I can identify it. Thanks

Team USA currently have their settings set that they are unavailable to challange to vote chess games.

@any Team USA admin, you should go to the Team USA group profile, click "Edit Settings" and mark "Play Team Vote Chess" with "yes". Otherwise other teams can't challenge you to vote chess games. Post in this forum when it is done.
