What do you exactly mean?
When an admin create a game he's able to set a deadline for when the match should start. The teams can start the game before that by lock their roosters, but otherwise it starts at the set deadline.
The current rules are some flexible since the teams can choose when to send the challanges and also when to set the deadlines. However, due to limit this a little the deadline must be set to a date 2-4 weeks ahead from when it's sent. So if you for example send a challange today (2014-01-15), the deadline must be set to something between 2014-01-29 and 2014-02-12. The reason behind these flexible rules is to make it easier for the teams to setup the matches at moments that suites better, so they can run the WL and Chess960 matches succesfully in parallel. We want the European teams to run their matches succesfully in these other tourney's as well.
