Pleased to announce the final standings for EL2013!

Final standings for Division 1 remains to cross-checking before final announcement. More info about the standings and details behind will be presented. But the standings below will be the baseline for setup of EL2014, e.g. which teams will move/up down or keep their places. And, first round of EL2014 will start tomorrow Tuesday evening.
