Following teams will be moved down to Div 2 for next season:
Team Slovakia, Team Croatia, and Team Poland

Team Azerbaijan became disqualified and will go to Division 5.

Team Belarus have improved most during the season, but another national competitor has occurred and having better ranking/scores on Team Match Leaderboard. Due to the rules will "Belarus" be invited for next season, and promoted to Division 4. If they not accept, will Team Belarus replace them.

Team Malta will also be promoted to Division 4 for next season.

Another team has also occurred in Luxembourg, it's called "Luxembourg", which will be requested to replace Team Luxembourg for next season.

Correction
The promotions in last report before cutoff was defect for Division 2.
I faulty promoted too many from lower to higher divisions. Now corrected.
I appologize for making wrong. Sorry. This will lead to at least one rule change in the manner of handle disqualifications, and the impact of that in the promotion of teams for the future.

If any, please add your comments into this place before 2015-01-16.
Any need of further corrections will be considered before next season starts, prel. on 2015-01-17/18.

Next season
Due to the delay of final standings will the startup of next season also be delayed a moment. We'll need next week for preparations, and target is now to start next season by Monday 2015-01-19. It will only start one game per team in January resp. February. Further information will follow soon.
