New matches in rating classes and open classes

I have created several matches in 200-rating point increments.  1200-1399, 1400-1599, 1600-1799.  These are 2 to 4 board matches, to help me gauge interest by the old and newly-recruited players.

I plan to set up two more for 1800-1999 and 1000-1200 (to catch unrated players ~ 1200).  Thank you all who have recently joined, and who have come back to support the team!

Virdi has made some open matches as well.
