This means that our teams will be known to a greater number of active chess.com players. I have great expectations in this connection.
Additionally, this site makes automatic adjustment for closed accounts and allows easily spotting people that play for multiple teams.

I also should say that it is OK if some matches are started before the deadline, but there was a matchstarted a long time before the deadline and only on 6 boards. Probably is was a mistake. It cannot be a big deal to wait for some time and to find 4 more players.
