be QUICK or be DEAD no. 3

be Quick or be Dead no.3 is for fast players with an average response time if 6 hrs or less per move.  In the no. 1 and 2 version, most players were below 4 hrs in response time making on average 2 moves for every open game per day.  This tournament will have 12 players but it should be a quick one round no vacation tournament.  It is expected that this tournament should be played in one month or so.  Time control was set at 48 hrs per move to avoid time outs due to personal emergencies or power failures, however, it is expected that players will respond daily.  This tournament is for those players under 1400 rating.  Enjoy,Denis
