You are cordially invited to join us in this, the First Annual James G. Burton Invitational online chess tournament! My plan is to hold this tournament yearly in memory of my father’s birthday of January 21, 1930. You are invited to join the “Beginner Division”. Games will be automatically start on January 21st. You will be playing three games simultaneously and you will have 3 days to make your next move on each board. Chess.com will randomly select each group of 4. Only one player from each group of 4 will advance to the next round. Good luck!
