There are some players who lost of time because of very busy lives and resulted to more 10% timeouts. Almost all tournaments are require every player to less than 10% timeouts. That's why I will give all players the opportunity to join this kind of tournament. Not so much restrictions. We allow everyone to play even 50% timeouts.
