This is a "No Vacation" tournament!
For the 7th Intermediate Chess Tournament, I decided to make 9 groups of 9 people, instead of 10x10, and eliminate 2 people for every person who advances to the next round. In other words, it will allow 3 out of 9 to advance every round, which will create even groups of 9 every round until the final round, inclusive.
The rest of the rules will remain the same as the #4:
No vacation time, so don't enter unless you truly believe that you will be able to make a move once a day
<5% timeout
<6 hrs average time per move
So this is a fast moving tournament, and it should produce quick results
I hope that everyone truly enjoys playing in #7, and learns a lot from each other's skills and abilities!
