An even quicker version of The Blue Bishop's standard tourney format: 3 hour time per move average and 0 timeouts in the past 90 days, with no vacations and simultaneous games.  This should be a 3-rounder (24-12-4, excluding the possiblity of identical "tie-breaker" scores) that moves as quickly as is possible.  Try it on for size if you like, and are dedicated to, smartly paced tournaments.
