This is a tourney to celebrate my wonderful country's national day on 26/1/11.The format is 100 players,1 on 1,2 concurrent games per opponent and 1 to advance from each group,unless there is a tie,then both players progress to the next round.Vacation time is allowed,but,PLEASE,do not ABUSE it!! Any players rated over 1350 at the start of this tourney WILL BE REMOVED and invited to join the appropriately rated tourney.
