2022.11.15 Update

Hello again everyone You may have heard that I am now a chess.com moderator:

so that is pretty new and significant since our last club "update" However, this shouldn't impact the streaming at all although working on this was my "surprise announcement" I referenced last time. Anyway, back to the topic of YouTube video(s) though...

Last week I "skipped" in an effort for quality videos. This week I could upload one new video as usual, but I actually have plans for two videos this week. It isn't an obligation to "make up" for the skipped week, but it is still nice to get an "extra" video out there. I guess we can think of it as a little extra gift

Around 1 pm EST today (Nov. 15th) I will upload a video on Two Bishops Checkmate.

The day after around 1 pm (Nov. 16th) I will upload a video on Bishop + Knight Checkmate.

I thought I would spread out my topics more than simply creating endgame videos near each other (maybe have an endgame video, then a game, perhaps a middlegame concept...you know, mixing it up). However, I chose to do it this way because I've been asked once or twice to make a video on Bishop + Knight Checkmate. It is an advanced one, but I could do it I didn't want to post this topic before Two Bishops Checkmate though. We must learn to crawl before we can walk and must learn to walk before we can run. The Two Bishops Checkmate is not easy, but Bishop and Knight is easy tougher. I wanted to get both of these topics out there, so that gave me the idea to create two videos this week - one on each subject.
