Some chess positions that I use quite often
Blackburne Shilling
Though if he takes your rook you still have a material advantage after some movers (go figure yourself) You can simply block it by taking the knight
Fishing Rod
An over-powered position, and it is VERY useful. Blocking it is easy, as long as you alter the moves (since your opponent has to not castle and keep the knight on g1, it's not easy for them to play)
