A New Chessboard for Daily Chess

Greetings, Beta-teers!

[EDIT: The new boards have been removed from beta for the time being while we fix some things you helped us to find. Thank you!]

Play Daily Chess? If so, please check it out: Today we are excited to roll out a brand new and improved chessboard for you to play with. (Ultimately, we'll be moving this board technology to Live Chess as well, but it's getting its initial trial in Daily only.)

For the time being, the important thing is that the board should continue to work as you expect - and at least as well as ever!

(There is one small gap we still need to address: Animations on the 2D board - "Arcade" and "Natural," specifically - are not currently supported. They will be added back very soon!)

As always, we can't wait to hear what you think of the new board - and if you see something unfamiliar that is bad or weird, please Usersnap it for us. Thank you!
