Administrative Ideas For My Tenure

Since Elena and GG are busy and absent, they have promoted me as acting Super Admin for 4 months. I plan to improvise the club with my administrative ideas and rules for everyone:-

Rules/Duties For Admins:

-The duty of an admin is to invite people to the club. Mostly, the club invite should be used. However, if the admin has a better idea of the invite, he/she could use that and even share that idea among the other admins.

-The admin must also post articles, puzzles, fun activities etc. especially for the beginners. Posting articles about other variants should not be done without permission. Only interesting articles and puzzles of normal chess and variants could be allowed.

-The admin must remain active in at least any 1 mode of Chaturaji(Blitz, Rapid, Bullet or Hyper).

Yes, some old admins in this club are inactive. But the newly made admins like @Timalina2, @sharpdon, @rk_killermac, @Brockal, @4340e etc. should remain active on the club as well as in Chaturaji.

Some great Chaturaji players like @badromeo, @elbshnaky haven't joined the club. The admin who is successful in making them join maybe rewarded or promoted.

Rules and Advantages of the Clubs For All(Admins, Coordinators[If any], Members):

-No use of abuse words or bad language. Such users may be kicked out or even banned.

-Posting articles, fun activities and puzzles about Chaturaji is freedom for all. Normal members can also post. If a normal member is performing well by posting regularly, he/she may be promoted and the inactive admins may be demoted.

-Admins should avoid posting news just for fun chatting. Such work may lead to demotion of the admin.

-Club Vote Chess and Club vs Club Daily Matches will be held. People are free to participate in it.
