An Important Update

Greetings everyone!

I have retrieved some useful time to organize slow LIVE chess again through the Slow LIVE Chess Association club. We will primarily focus on slow LIVE games with an increment. Our preferences will go for 30+30, 45+45 and 90+30 time controls.

Our next slow LIVE chess tourney will be named "Welcome back 4545". It will start on March 17 of 2025. Time Control is 45m + 45s. SWISS pairing will be used.

The Formula

We will use the only formula that has stood the test of time, that is, the Negotiated Game Formula. Thus, the paired players will need to agree on a mutual, suitable day/time for the game. You use the mean of communication you want as long as you discuss seriously with the other guy. Simple rules will have to be followed, but nothing to turn this into a nightmare. One game every 2 weeks per tournament. This will allow the players enough time for discussion and play.
