Announcement to clear up some confusion for GOTW (game of the week)

You are not sending your game to ANYONE privately, instead you will be posting it in the submission forums linked in the leaderboard, this is so everyone can see everyone's game- which avoids potential bias.

So if you want to participate from now on, click on the link above and then in that announcement, click submission forum week 2 so you can see the rules and some suggestions. And then only you will submit your game in that forum.
