Clearing up some confusion.

If you have been confused recently here are the changes:

1. The games will be on the forum; submit your ANNOTATED games there. Spam will be deleted. Also stop submitting 6-move draws

2.The selection committee for the games are ME (I Invented it), Neochess9 (contacted me from the start) and Mythical_Tiger (has expressed interest recently) if you want to be on the committee, comment on this post, and tell me why.

3. Alternatively, we could have people upvote on the forum, but I didn't want to do that, as they are anonymous and spammers.

4. I would like the deadline to be tuesday, so that the game can be posted on Wednesday. I won't be active on the weekends, so I would be able to vote, hence the date.

5 I am sry for the confusion, this was all caused by my horrendous communication, (or lack thereof) with tiger.
