Announcing the WSCC Prediction Contest!
The Julius Baer Women's Speed Chess Championship is a Chess.com event where some of the strongest female chess players in the world battle for a $75,000 prize fund. The main event runs from August 22 to September 5, and sees 16 players compete in a single-elimination bracket in matches played at 5+1, 3+1, and 1+1 time controls. This year's roster is full of legends, marking one of the strongest editions of the WSCC to date!

How to participate
Click the button or title above to go to the 2024 Julius Baer Women's Speed Chess Championship prediction bracket. Predict who you think will win each match all the way to the final. You get points for every prediction that you get right. The tiebreak questions are hard to nail, so a point will be awarded to the user who had the closest guess in each one. You win the contest if you have the most points by the end of the tournament!
Submit your predictions before Thursday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m. ET / 16:00 CEST to participate. Predictions will be locked after the deadline, so make sure you don't miss your chance!

- Overall winner: Six months of of Diamond membership
- Second place: Three months of Diamond membership
- Third place: Two months of Diamond membership
- Randomly selected participant: Two months of Diamond membership
