Chess tactics you should know - part 3
I present another chess tactic - attraction.
Let's see an example position. Black plays e5 forcing white to capture a pawn. We attract the opponent's pieces in a way that allows us to forks with the knight.
Now let's look at another example. If white captures the knight on c4, we have a trade because of unprotected knight on e1.
However, if we play in this position b4! Bxb4 we go with knight on c2 attacking two pieces at the same time. We have attracted a bishop to a square that we can easily attack. That's all about attraction.
