Club Policies

I. General provisions
1. Comply with Chess.com Community Policy, specifically as follows:

- Kindness, proper attitude, and tolerance;
- Respect other members.

1.2. Encourage

- Use one of the common languages, including the official languages of the United Nations (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish);
- Actively participate in tournaments held in the club;
- Posting (comply with the Chess.com's Community Policy and Fair Play Policy);
- Proposing additional regulations, and contributing ideas to build the club.

- Excessive advertising (more than 2 times/week);
- Post posts with troubling (spam) content, trolls;
- Duplicate comments.

- Racism, sexism, bigotry, or threats of violence;
- Abuse, attack, threaten, discriminate, or mistreat other members in any way;
- Post meaningless posts;
- Debate religious and political topics;
- Post articles with depraved, objectionable, indecent content;
- Discuss illegal activities.

2. Comply with Chess.com Fair Play Policy, specifically as follows:

- All your moves must be your own;
- Do not cheat in any way;
- Do not accept help from anyone, including parents, friends, coaches or other players;
- Do not use chess machines, software of any bots, utilities, or analytical tools while playing;
- Do not use lookup tables or any other resources to find the best move;
- Do not use any automated analysis or "check for wrong moves" while you are in a match;
- Do not interfere in another member's game.

II. Rules for Administrators
1. Administrators must comply with section I, Club Regulations.
2. Administrators are obligated to enforce club rules.
3. Administrators are obliged to create unrated tournaments starting at any time of the day. Owners are obligated to create daily tournaments (unrated) starting at 20:30 (UTC +07:00).
III. Penalty
Divided into 5 levels:
Level 1: Privacy Warning;
Level 2: Public warning;
Level 3: Mute - is a penalty you can't interact with people in the club but can still see and attend activities and events in the club;
Level 4: Kick and ban for a while;
Level 5: Kick and permanent ban from the club.
Note: Penalties can repeat and increase in duration, not necessarily increase in level.
