We're rolling into April soon with a few updates to help everyone stay better connected and informed about what's happening each week in our Community Club. Here's what's new:

We've added more precise instructions and updated information outlining the requirements for our creator prizes and how winners are selected. Check out our announcement to find everything you need to know.

Updated Start Time for Late UnTitled Tuesday

Starting April 1, Titled Tuesday's start time is changing—and so are we! The Late UnTitled Tuesday tournament will now start one hour earlier than before. The new start time is 6:30 p.m. ET. Please adjust your calendars accordingly!

New Calendar In The Sidebar

A new calendar has been added to the sidebar to make keeping track of upcoming events easier. This feature allows for quick access and a clearer view of what's coming up each week. Let us know what you think!

New Community Events Overview 

We are working on a page to showcase all Community Weekly Event results and stats in one place. You'll be able to catch up on past events, see highlights, and follow the tournament leaderboards. That page is coming soon, likely in the second week of April! We will update this article as soon as it's ready! 

We're excited about these changes and hope they make your experience with the community club events even better.

We've included some exciting initiatives happening this month just for you below, in case you missed them!

2025 Chess.com Chess Improvement Challenge Your chance to join a community of like-minded Chess.com members and coaches, reach your chess improvement goals, and win prizes! Sign up for the challenge and set your personal improvement goal for 2025. You'll gain access to our Improvers Club, study guides and year-round content, be able to win prizes, and earn a chance to participate in the 2025 CoachChamps Tournament!

Magnus vs The World An exclusive Vote Chess match between world number-one GM Magnus Carlsen and members of the Chess.com community. Starting April 4, it'll mark the first time Carlsen ever participates in a match of this kind! The match is open to all members who wants to get a taste of what it's like to play against the strongest player on earth. Your one opportunity to play against the GOAT and be a part of this historic moment. The match will be a Freestyle Chess (Chess960) game, where the pieces start in a semi-random position.

Mods vs Discord Vote Chess Match If you're a member of our Discord Server, we're happy to announce that we're having a Mods vs Discord Vote Chess match and you are welcome to join! Requirements are that you are a connected/trusted member in our server, plus joining the Chess.com Discord club in order to join the match.
