Many chess players know how to get a good position but far fewer know how to finish the job. A small plus appears on the board, the position looks comfortable, and yet the win slowly slips away. Pieces get exchanged, pressure disappears, and suddenly the game is equal again.

This is not a tactical problem. It’s a technical and psychological one. In this workshop, From Advantage to Victory: Converting Won Positions, we will focus on one of the most important skills for long-term improvement: how to methodically transform an advantage into a win, without rushing, without losing control, and without giving your opponent unnecessary chances.
