Coordinator, admin, and super admin statuses of the Chaturaji Masters' club – discussion
The current administrating structure of the Chaturaji Masters' club includes 2 super admins, 4 admins, and 4 coordinators. It was mainly chosen by GellartGrindelwald (GG) – the first founder of the club – at the beginning. However, as the club continues growing, some coordinators and some admins become inactive, numerous new great players appear, and a number of notable members are willing to play an administrating or coordinating role in the club, the establishments of written principles to choose new admins and new coordinators become necessary. So, to prepare for future expansion, I am drafting this constitution and hope for your decisions

Part I. Overview
The administrating structure of the Chaturaji Masters' club will mostly resemble the governing structure of a parliamentary republic (as in Germany, Italy, and India), with additional elements of a semi-presidential republic (as in Portugal, France, and Poland). In this structure, the first super admin – GellartGrindelwald (GG) – will function as a President, the second super admin – Terkenal (Terk) – will function as a Prime Minister, the admins will function as ministers, and the coordinators will function as members of a unicameral parliament
Part II. Super admins
1. GG
– GG is honorably regarded as the head of the club
– GG has the most important power in granting pardons to the club members who are going to be banned or kicked off
– GG has the most important power in removing the coordinators, deciding when the coordinators are elected and who are eligible to run for coordinatorship
– GG has the most important power in reversing Terk's decisions with the agreement of the coordinators and the club members
2. Terk
– Terk has the most important executive power in the club and supervises all the administration of the club
– Terk has the most important power in choosing the club admins
– Terk is the most responsible for approving or declining the requests to join the club
– Terk is the most responsible for drafting the principles and regulations of the club
– Terk is the most responsible for updating the news of the club as well as the chaturaji community and checking the inactive status of the club members
3. Super admins as a whole
– The status of the super admins can not be removed under any circumstances unless they close their own accounts or they violate the website rules
– The super admins are responsible for the existence of the club. In case the club establishes the awards for club members, the super admins are the first people responsible for funding such awards
– The super admins are the most responsible for inviting new members to join the club
– The super admins are the most responsible for the relations of the Chaturaji Masters' club with the other clubs and deciding which clubs should be included on the blacklist (for example, the relations with Wanderqueen's club Green Aborters)
– The super admins' proposals must be considered and approved by the coordinators and the club members before taking effect
4. The possibility of creating a new super admin
– Because of this governing structure, a new super admin will not likely be created. However, if a new super admin has to be created, he/she must be a close friend of GG and Terk and shares almost all the agreements with GG and Terk; moreover, he/she has to have reached 2300+ at blitz
– If GG or Terk is inactive and away from the chaturaji community for more than 140 days, the coordinators and the club members have the right to call for the creation of a new super admin to take charge of the club. When GG or Terk returns, they will still be super admins, but they will no longer take charge as this function already belongs to the new super admin
– He/she can not already be a super admin of another major club (this is similar to the law that a person with dual citizenship is ineligible to become head of state or head of government)
Part III. Admins
– The admins function as ministers and play supportive roles to the executive super admin (Terk)
– The admins must be assigned specific roles
+ Fiat147 is assigned the role of Minister of Defence
+ Arseny is assigned the role of Minister of Justice
+ Magolor is assigned the role of Minister of Foreign Affairs
+ Hest1805 is specially assigned the role of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
– The new admins will be chosen by Terk with the approval of GG, the coordinators, and the club members instead of being elected
– Prerequisites to become a new admin
+ Having reached 2300+ at blitz (2300+ at rapid, bullet, hyper, or 4-player chess doesn't enjoy the equivalent status)
+ Having partaken in the chaturaji community for at least 14 weeks since he/she played his/her first-ever chaturaji game
+ Having revealed himself/herself as a nice person with a friendly, assertive, and helpful personality through the game chats or club notes (a player who never or seldom chats in the games will not likely be chosen as a new admin)
+ Having illustrated his/her loyalty to the values of the club and his/her abilities to make decisions and resolve problems
– If an admin is inactive for more than 140 days, Terk can call for the removal of this admin and choose a new admin with the approval of the coordinators and the club members
– Hest1805 and Arseny can not be removed from the admin status under any circumstances unless they no longer work as the website admins
– In case the Chaturaji Masters' club must choose a member of chess dot com staff as a new admin as the condition for gaining official club status, this new admin will function as the ambassador of the club to the chess dot com staff (similar to the US ambassador to the UNO). The requirement to have reached 2300+ at blitz will not apply to this position
– Possible future admins
+ Runner may be assigned the role of Minister of Education. Otherwise, this position may belong to BoxJellyFishChess if he rejoins the club. However, Runner declined this possibility in a message to Terk on Jul 21 because as an international master, he would be busy and absent
+ TheUltraTrap may be assigned the role of Minister of Technology in case he reaches 2300+ at blitz (Trap's position in his club 8-player chess is super admin specifying in ratings and app developer)
+ Snezhinka is proposed by the TheUltraTrap to become a new admin, but I'm not sure which ministry she should be assigned and she hasn't been active in the game chats and club notes
+ CompassBearer and IHavetheSauce are proposed by TheUltraTrap to become new admins or coordinators. Compass has expressed his willingness to take charge
– Coordinators will function as members of parliament and represent the club members' interests
– Important matters of the club should be approved by at least 2/3 of the coordinators
– Coordinators are elected by the club members instead of being chosen by the super admins
– Club members with 14-week memberships (as mentioned in article 2 of chapter I) are ineligible to become coordinators
– The number of coordinators is directly proportional to the number of club members
– Players who join the club through hyper and 4-player chess paths, as a whole, can have up to 2 coordinators to represent them
– If a coordinator is inactive for more than 8 weeks, his/her position can be reelected and replaced with another person
