Coordinator election – discussion

As stated in this thread, the coordinators will be elected by the club members instead of being appointed by the super admins. The group of hyper and 4-player-chess players will have 1-2 coordinators representing them.

And in this thread, I'm looking forward to your opinion of the number of coordinators: 5, 8, or 10. 

 In TheUltraTrap's opinion, he proposes that there should be 8 coordinators and "an election can be simply done by creating a forum or news post"

However, a lot of club members are currently on vacation, and there'll be a possibility that they can't join the elections
