Current info about team and vote games

Hi everyone!

As you might have covered we have begin playing some vote chess. It will occur more such games during the coming weeks. I will create maybe 1 or 2 such games per week till we're running about 10 games in parallell.

But, as you might have seen we're not still playing any team matches.
We will must still wait a moment before running our first team matches, since we need to get some more members onboard first. But I'm pretty sure we will begin our first team match within a couple of weeks.

When talking about vote chess, my philosophy is that everyone voting as they prefer, quit independently. But before voting please view any comments that might could giving you some good advice about what alternatives to focus on when analyzing what move to vote for. If noone has added any comment yet, please make your vote and feel free add your comment to advice them that not yet have voted. But you don't necissarily need to wait for other comments before making your vote. In any case, it's always valuable if someone can copy of the current vote results into comments. If doing that, try to be objective when add any comments about the current vote results. It gives the players that not have voted yet an opportunity to focus on the good alternatives and opportunities that other players already has covered could be good alternatives. However, never vote on Resign since there might are other team members that still want or are able to cover any opportunities, especially if they having higher rating than you.If you believe Resign might would be the best, you might even could consider leave the game and give prior to other games instead and let those that still believe there are opportunities process playing "till the bitter end". I've seen that in many cases players voting for resign to early, and it's not so funny for those players that still believes there exists good opportunities to winn the game. You that having lower ratings, i.e. lower than the opponent average rating in the games should especially thing about this when thinking about Resign as an alternative.

I know that many teams have an leading advicer that says "Vote for this...!", and then almost everyone voting as this guy has commanded/adviced. From my point-of-view that isn't team work. If running like that it would have been enough for one single player per team to join the games.

So, when talking about cooperation and improve the team work I would prefer finding other ways forward. Vote chess are a real challenge for all teams, and will in dead also be that for this team!

I'm running quit a lot of vote chess within Rapid Chess, and the winning ratio might not are the best yet, but since we playing so many games, we've now become one of the leading teams in vote chess on chess.com.
