Deadline for sending and accepting, and locking rosters = 31st of October!
For unstarted games:
- Challenge not sent by any team ==> -1 score to each team
- Challange sent by any, but not accepted by other ==> -1 score to the team who do not accept
- Challenge accepted, but roster(s) not locked ==> -1 score per unlocked roster
To avoid penalties: send challanges, accept challenges, lock rosters before 31 st of October!
