Important comment:
1. Team Azerbaijan will receive a third warning if the match against Team Romania not starts now, and by that risk to get disqualified. Deadline for starting (lock the roosters) in the game between Team Azerbaijan and Team Romania hereby announced to 2014-08-30. If not started/locked by then will Team Azerbaijan be disqualified and Team Romania win the game.
2. Following teams are especially encouraged to quickly startup games as they have more games to start:
In Division 1: Team Azerbaijan and Team Russia
In Division 3: Team Moldova, Team Israel, Team Finland, and Team Iceland
In Division 4: Team Wales, Team Austria, Northern Ireland, and Team Denmark.
