FOR ALL SUPER ADMINS PLEASE READ

If you are nicetoall or Windows-7_, make sure that if you send out a warning, you tell all other super admins thru messages or notes about the warning you sent out. Tell the super admins who had broken the rules, which rule it was, and what level warning was sent. BigOto is keeping a record in the forum. This helps prevent double warnings. I am adding this to the rule list.
